Through experience in every facet of operations and accounting, he understands how to drive corporate strategy to improve financial health.
As the lead food scientist at Heartland, Mary has a passion for the field and truly believes she has the most interesting job. By staying adaptable to her surroundings and always listening, she is able to understand problems and provide solutions as she leads the Product Development division for the company.
In his time at Heartland, Chris has experience working in many different departments, but he always strives to provide the team with the tools and systems needed to help them succeed. Joining the company in 1997, he has worked on everything from business analysis and negotiating freight contracts to designing the company’s mobile device application.
With a genuine commitment to providing the best customer experience, Kaylie works to create an engaging and trusting environment for customers and team members. She has worked in a variety of roles within sales, customer service, program management and account management, and now manages Heartland’s nationwide network of distributors and the company’s key national accounts.
Now in her 17th year with the company, Dana’s attention to detail, engaging personality and knowledge of Heartland’s many facets have been instrumental in her continued success within the organization. Starting in a customer service role with the company, she has now advanced to her current role of vice president of operations.
